A Cozy Basement in the City

Nice place, cozy house, responsible hostess. Positive: Our basement was very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. It was obvious how much the owner (Sylvia) loves her home and how hospitable she is. Delicious coffee, tea, quality soap, shampoo. On the first day we had a problem opening the door and we called the owner, she responded very quickly and helped us. We also complained about the noise from upstairs, on the first floor, she also responded very quickly, and later everything was quiet. The kitchen and laundry room had everything you need. Great location, close to the highway. If we have to rent a house in Moncton in the future, we will definitely rent this basement again. Negative: Unfortunately, the dishwasher was very old and it didn't work. I told the owner about it, she apologized for the inconvenience. The mattresses are very simple, it was a bit hard to sleep on. The door in the bathroom creaked, especially at night it was annoying. There were too many instructions about checking out: in particular cleaning. We paid a fee for a cleaning, but we did everything ourselves instead of the cleaners, basement should vacated until 11am and we barely had time to do it all.

Positive: Clean. Nice space. Good location. Negative: The door code didn't work. No sheets/blankets for the couch.

Positive: Large space 2 bedrooms and 10 minutes drive to where we had to go. Negative: Nothing all good
